Crushed aluminum plate: the manufacturing process of repeatedly scraping out the aluminum plate with sandpaper, the main process is divided into three parts: ester, sand mill and washing. In the aluminum plate drawing process, the special leather film technology after anode treatment can make the skin film layer containing the metal component on the surface of the aluminum plate, clearly showing each fine silk trace, so that the metal matte glow in the fine hair.
Aluminium oxide plate: the aluminum plate is placed in the corresponding electrolyte (such as sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) as the anode, under specific conditions and external current. The aluminum plate of the anode is oxidized to form a thin layer of alumina on the surface. Its thickness is 5~20 microns, and the hard anodic oxide film can reach 60~200 microns.
PS aluminum plate (advertising aluminum plate also known as printed zinc plate, newspaper board): that is, the back of the printing pattern thickness of 025 or 03 material aluminum plate.
Mirror aluminum plate: refers to the aluminum plate with mirror effect on the surface through rolling and grinding.
