Characteristic
It is a high-strength duraluminum, which can be strengthened by heat treatment, moderate plasticity in annealing, rigid quenching and hot state, spot welding is good, and the aluminum pipe has a tendency to form intercrystalline cracks with gas welding and argon arc welding; the aluminum pipe has good cutting performance after quenching and cold hardening, but bad in the annealing state. The corrosion resistance is not high, often using anodic oxidation treatment and painting method or surface coating with aluminum layer to improve the corrosion resistance. Can also be used as a mold material.
